Photoshop template and windows software

We have below two requirements; 1. Build a photoshop ID card template We will supply you with a sample of how the ID card should look like. We want a photoshop ID card template (PSD) build as per that sample. Please see image attachment 2. Automate the process of creating JPG files based on the template as in requirement 1 We require a windows or web based software which does the following; A. The software takes input of an excel file (template excel sample can be agreed upon). The excel file will have multiple rows and data within 4-5 columns. Each row will contain unique data. B. Based on the information within columns in excel file, the software generates a barcode and a QR code C. Then the software puts relevant barcode and QR code at specific layers in the photoshop template generated in requirement 1 D. Then the software puts other information from the excel row at specific layers in the photoshop template generated in requirement 1 E. Once ready, the software outputs (saves) the built image as JPG at a specific location which will be taken as an input before starting the process (naming convention for the saved file can be agreed later as it would have front and back sides of the ID template) Above steps should be done for each row in the excel file (which is supplied as an input as in step A above) When you see the attached samples, components marked with red arrows are dynamic components - it will be extracted from the excel file.
