Nutritionist/food scientist required to develop plant based protein

We are an organic snack and health food startup, and are adding plant based protein powders (3 flavours) to our range, and a gut health powder blend + greens. We have some limitations and guidelines with respect to the ingredients, to ensure we remain vegan, organic and wholefood based. We have already selected our ingredients and suppliers for the most part; however, we require guidance on quantities to ensure maximum flavour and benefit to the consumer. Our products are very focused on gut health and minimal ingredients.
