xlinesoft Phprunner 10 - mysql - Only freelancers with that version of phprunner to bid

Project Brief Description: We need someone to work on a new project . In our days there many forms in word and excel format which being send from vessels to the headquarters on a regular basis . Office personnel need to review and approve / sign and file . The whole process need hour of work from shore personnel like they need to receive via email then they have to print , then they have to sign, scan and then to file somewhere in their LAN network . We have notice that in phprunner we can use the html editor to copy paste format from word and excel files ( so we have the templates of the forms ready ) and then we can create the workflow like who should see the form received and need to sign and eventually sign but now in mysql database not in a shared drive. So Actually we have to build our Main application which will be hosted to our shore servers and also a version for vessels ( ships ) which both should synch both ways via an embedded FTP server - Vessels does not have active internet so we need to embed an ftp server in phprunner which will push new data to the main shore server and also will get new data for that vessel from main server - all synch process should be completed with small text files on a regular basis as Satellite connection are expensive.
