We need someone to develop a PHP application that will web scrape the full database of property tax records from a public facing website. Website: [login to view URL] We have a spreadsheet with the zone/section/plat (attached). Here's an example of the page we want scraped: [login to view URL] We will give you MySQL credentials and you will create a database that holds EVERY piece of data that can be displayed on the above page. For example: - Parcel Number - Data current as of - Owner name, etc... We need a table created for the following sections and all data scraped and related to the main parcel record. - Assessment Information - Appeal Information - Land Information - Residential Improvement Information - Residential Additions - Other Building and Yard Improvements - Sales Information - Current Tax Bill Information - Historical Tax Information I need a tool that I can click that will updates all parcel data in my database by scraping the public facing site and syncing that data with my database. I will probably update bi-weekly or monthly. Once the initial web scrape is done, I will have the parcel number *UNIQUE ID* which can be used to query the public site and scrape the updated info. The initial web scrape will have to loop through possible options based on the ZONE_SECTION_PLAT from the attached XLS file: 11001 thru 99078 To do this, you can either use their search results page and web scrape through the results storing the Parcel ID into our database.. Then when you get all possible Parcel IDs, you can run the tool that will fetch the updated parcel info from [login to view URL] (for example.. notice KEY is ZONE_SECTION_PLAT of 12003 and 0010000 is the parcel identifier creating the full Parcel Number (KEY)). You don't need to create any website to display the data, I will take care of that.. I just need the database and tables created and then populated by web scraping for all possible Parcel Numbers. I only need a backend page containing the button I will click run the monthly update routine. It must be in PHP and MySQL. I'm looking to get this done ASAP (today if possible).
