I am looking for a freelancer to write a script to scrape several websites on a daily basis. The main objective is that I need to track how many jobs are being posted to these sites. Essentially you will know better than me as to how to extract the data, but I have listed the sites and some commentary below. What I need from each website: 1) Freelancer.com: I need to track number of users and projects/contests posted – this is shown at the bottom of their main page and is constantly changing. I need to grab it at a constant time every day, so that I can track how it is moving over time. But ultimately, I would like to track this by category (website design, graphic design etc). 2) [login to view URL]: I need to track how many jobs are being posted. I believe every job post has its own html page, so hopefully we can write something that will count the html pages, check if the ones from the previous scrape are still there and count the change? 3) [login to view URL]: I need to track how many total jobs and new jobs are being posted. If I go into a category (eg: Web Software & IT) it will show the number of freelancer services for that category in top right hand side. I can also expand out the subcategories for this and it shows how many jobs are posted under each subcategory. However ultimately I need to find out how many of these are new. 4) [login to view URL]: Again – need to track how many new job/contests are being posted 5) 99 designs: Again – need to track how many new jobs/contests are being posted I need this to be run at the end of every day and the data stored – maybe something like a google spreadsheet?

HI we did a similar project to scrape 15 hotels for their room types and the availability. The scrapper generated 4 reports morning, noon, evening and midnight reports scraping each sites 4 times a day. this should be very easy for us and i can give you the demo link for recent project so you can check.
