Write A Chrome Extension That Allows People To Tip A Crypto-Currency

I've developed and Ethereum based crypto-currency. The Crypto-currency works on the Ethereum block chain. I need a chrome extension created that allows people to send tips to others. The chrome extension will work in the following ways, it will allow a user of the extension to create an Ethereum Wallet in the same way that the Metamask [login to view URL] extension works (in this case however, the wallet will also be able to display the Custom Coins). A small icon will be generated next to the chrome browse bar like with other extensions, that will allow users to quickly access their wallets. Once a wallet is created, the user can send coins from and receive the custom coins to the wallet. Furthermore, the extension will display a Tip button on any page that displays a specific address, for example, if someone visits a YouTube video and in the description of the video, the text customtoken@theethereumaddress is added, then it will automatically display a tip button next to the address that when clicked will automatically load the ethereum address, and allow a person to specify how many Red Pills that they would like to tip the person and also allow them to set a gas limit.
