We are looking for a finance related website designed & developed. This requires an experienced programmer because of our requirements. We need to be shown the IP addresses, if possible, of everyone that signs up. Essentially, we can not have anyone sign up under different emails. Aside from this, we need people's investment returns updated every 2 minutes next to their profile name and picture. The top 100 highest stock returns will be shown and moving all around depending on how well their chosen stocks are doing every couple minutes. So if someone picks 3 stocks for example, there needs to be some type of algorithm developed that combines the overall return of those stocks every 2 minutes. Other than this, no more information will be provided for the privacy of our company until we hire a designer and developer. We are seeking, preferably a team that can design a website as well as develop it. A programmer from a native English speaking country is preferred. However, we will consider all applicants.
