Wordpress Website + Skype Widget + Profiles

I am looking for a Wordpress Developer with experience in using Skype widget and user profiles. The Wordpress site will be hosted on [login to view URL] (shared server). 3 different user type should have separate profiles: - Coaches - Clients - Admin The different views (concept pages) can be seen in the attached PDF file. The Admin can set up date-time for specific pairs of Coach - Client and when they can access the Skype Widget on the site. Outside the scheduled times, neither Coaches nor Clients can access the widget. The idea is for the admin to control when Coaches and Clients can connect on this site.
