Wordpress Website for Air Conditioning Company

I need a modern and mobile friendly website for an air conditioning company. The structure for the website needs to be so that the end user can add additional pages, add case studies and all the content of the site easily via a Wordpress Admin Page. Page Layout • Home Page o (Social Media Links Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) o Testimonies shown o Links to case studies • About Us o Company Info o Training & Development o Our Team • Services o Installation o Servicing o Design o Air Conditioning o Refrigeration • Clients & Testimonials • Key Projects (case studies 10 most recent projects) • News (blog section) • Contact Us (contact form) Please refer to attached word document for full scope and page layout I have also attached some screenshots of certain features that the site needs to have The job needs to be completed within 5 weeks from appointment. I would like to comment on the site at the design stage before the coding is started . Mainly the design of the homepage and a case study page needs to be presented so that I can comment on the layout. I need to work with someone who is a good communicator throughout the 5 week process. I am a quick responder to questions and am definitely looking for someone who is quick to respond. The site needs to be quick and well coded (with notes) so that the end user can go into the code and easily follow it and make changes. Ideally it could be loaded onto a test server so I can see the functionality of the site once it is complete so I can see how it functions. I am looking forward to working with someone with some creativity and a bit of flair. The end user has lots of big clients and the site needs to be professional and clean looking.
