Wordpress "Techie" person for Site Maintenance, Duplication, Speed-up etc. $3 an hour.

I am looking for an individual, NOT a company. I am looking for a technical person, NOT a designer. I can only pay $3 an hour for this work. If you need more please don't apply to this job. We use GridPane and hosting on [login to view URL] (including the control panel StackCP) I need someone to make sure sites load quickly, are secure, and stay updated/backed up among other things. You should be comfortable with Caching, mimification, cron jobs, CLI, basic PHP, MySQL databases, Site migration (such as with All In One Migration) Plugin and theme updates and optimization, Site Security, SSH Shell Scripting, FTP/SFTP. I would like to find someone familiar with speeding up websites and who is very comfortable in things like Plesk, cPanel etc. and is also very comfortable in the wordpress admin area. You should be able to troubleshoot plugin conflicts, understand wordpress optimizations techniques, how to fix wordpress mixed content issues etc. We also are starting to use MainWP so experience with MainWP is a huge plus. If you are serious, I need to know your favorite Ice Cream flavor at the top of your application. Without this, I will know you didn't even read this description and will probably ignore you. Please also answer the following questions in your application: What is your favorite wordpress caching plugin and strategy and why? Are you an individual or a company? Can you be available from 8 AM to 5 PM MST? What is a good way to check website speed and what is affecting the site load time? What is a good way to analyze a WordPress install to see what plugins or themes may be causing a site to slow down? What are some of the main things that cause mixed content issues on a website? What are mixed content issues and how can someone tell that a web page may have some? Are you ok to work full-time for $3 an hour?
