WordPress Plugin Selection

Need help to identify best candidate WordPress plugin for our website which matches our specific goals. There are 100s of plugins in this category and I don't have time to review and check each one, or indeed how to search effectively for what I need. If you are a WordPress site developer who knows how to filter and select high quality professional maintained WordPress plugins, please submit your bid. We have a current plugin which has our desired functionality, but has been withdrawn and is no longer maintained and may contain security vulnerabilities. So we want something which does the same job, but is current, well designed and safe. Functionality Requirements: a) Double Opt-in ebook and program download plugin with email address capture. b) No Ecommerce option, all downloads are FREE, avoid this complexity c) respond to form requests for downloads, d) send confirmation email to user e) email contains GUID link back to site to confirm email is actual f) unique file download then presented on web g) supports both .exe program download, and eBook PDF downloads h) time expire or max number of download attempts limited i) supports multiple instances on different pages with different download targets j) active maintenance, validated on latest version of WordPress k) either free or paid pro-version is OK I already had a search and could not easily identify a plugin which fits this list. Maybe you can find it? Outcome of project: find short list of plugins, URLs, and rank them according to quality and how well they match functionality list, and notes if they are missing some feature we may need.
