We also want to add another brand for a client's subdomain (hosted in a totally different VPS and provider) where we will just use the tickets system. Our billing is in owned cPanel server, we have full management of all our servers. We already installed the plugin and it works, but since it's quite messy the domains configuration, and also we want to go on a safe and fast way, we prefer to delegate this task, since we're not experts in this area.
