Website updates with Wordpress and formidable forms

Hi, I have recently had a website built but it needs some tweaking with specific functions needed. I am unable to get in contact with the previous person who has helped me develop the website and some of the more specific functions are not working or need changing. The website is built mainly with formidable forms and WP Bakery Page Builder, so you must have a great understanding of these plugins! Most work needed is custom coding that needs to be put in to these plugins. What I need done: 1) A custom carousel has been built and it already has a function set up with the carousel, but it is not a nice layout. I need it to look better (more simple) and more professional but still have the specific built in function. If the layout cannot be changed, then a new custom carousel will need to be built with the specific function that is already in place. 2) Another basic carousel that is set up needs the photos to be randomized. Each time the page is refreshed, the photos need to be displayed in a different order. 3) Problems when someone uploads photos to their login profile: When uploading photos, the Position function is not working. It was working, but now is not. This function is critical as the clients can display their photos how they like them set out. Also, when uploading the photos, they get blown up. This may be due to the position issue, but the whole photo needs to fit within the position that is chosen 4) Upgrading/Default backend package issue: When someone wants to know what package (purchased package) they have in their profile, the default package is set to Premium even though girls may have another package. This makes it difficult for the clients to know what package they should have. Can custom code be added so that the clients profile stays on the package that is initially selected, and when upgrading to stay on the upgraded package?
