Website for Hotel Search Engine

I'm a website designing lover. I'm not qualified or anything in IT (Actually I'm an accountant) but I've worked on many websites. Developing them and coding them to perfection. Right now I'm in the middle of a few projects and since I have a timeline I need to get this done by a freelancer team. So...... I want a website to be created that could be used as a search index for my users to be able to search through sort of like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I want to work on the basis of affiliates and referral revenue. But I want the site to go beyond this by mentioning when the prices would fall if they were to. Please check the images out. Its sort of like how the airlines do it. In other words when a person is cost conscious and not worried about what season it is he will look at the lowest cost for that room and when those nights would be. I will be coming with an android app later on. In the meantime I want us to have all the filters and options that [login to view URL] and all the other sites would have. I myself design most the websites however I'm currently caught up in the middle of several projects and cannot do this right now. I'm definitely looking for a good team that can get this done in a few weeks. Ideally I believe wordpress would be the best way to go since we might want to post articles on travel and vacation. WP is perfect those blog style articles. I want to tie up with all the sites that offer rooms that way the site will be more of a one stop shop. Eventually we will tie up with airlines, rent a car companies and other tour package companies. For a fee or referral. We don't have a huge budget and we are looking at the best cost option. I want to be upfront about that. I have worked on projects before and had great success with freelancer. Hoping this time would be no different. All right that's it for now.
