Website Development for an R&D Company

We are a Research and Development company specialising in Consumer Electronics. We are looking for a web developer who can translate our ideas into an extremely impressive website, and tell the story of what we do best - innovation. Do you: - have an eye for effective user-facing features? - make UI/UX designs work seamlessly across browser types? - have a good grasp of SEO principles? - have proficient understanding of HTML5 and CSS3? - understand server side pre-processing platforms, and client-side scripting, as well as JavaScript frameworks? - have versant experience in Joomla? - know how to work around cross-browser compatibility issues? - can design a mobile-friendly website with consistent quality in design and functionality? - possess a solid background in scripting such as PHP/mySQL /Ruby? Then prove your strong coding, writing and graphics ability by sending: - a proposal of unique features that you would place on our site: ○ List all the modules, objects, and extensions that you would include in Joomla (preferably on LAMP), and each of the places where security updates are available for each module you propose. ○ If you can propose another platform, give me your justification. - your portfolio of websites / portals that you have developed, with a description of each. Reply with "DeSIGN" as your first word in your proposal, else I consider you not smart enough to pay attention to detail to read all of the project acquirements, let alone to code. Preference will be given to bidders who reply with a complete proposal. You will be paid on milestone deliverables of a functional development site and working system. I expect ALL source code to be packaged up after each milestone (including all files: .jpg, .gif, HTML, PHP, SQL , etc.) and professionally documented, so I can unpack and test on our own Joomla development site.
