I checked your issue, i am using xampp server may be there is 5 min work. you have to come with team-viewer for this.

Im pretty sure I know what the issue might be with this, in general if port 80 is being used by another service on your computer then when you try to use port 80 with XAMPP on your windows 7 machine you may experience issues. Another issue is Skype by default will run on port 80 and causes issues with XAMPP. I can do a configuration change so this can then work for you or we can change the default port based on your use case. I deal with these kind of issues all the time in web lab environments I set up. For the high CPU issues we analyze some of the processes and see what specifically is taking up all the resources.

Hi, I is for port conflict. Means your client may have a service which using port 80. You have to change the 80 port & use a free port to work xampp perfectly. I will fix it ASAP Regards Md Rizaur
