Webdeveloper needed for regular projects

We are looking for a Developer with a keen sense of design. We will be offering projects to a number of potential partners and the person with the best pitch will get to work on the project. Most of the projects will be standard WordPress and Template based jobs that require about 1-2 weeks to complete. Being able to adapt generic WP-Templates to suit customer needs is crucial. Contact with the customer, specifications for the project and selecting a base template will be done by us. You will receive a sheet with the specifications and you can pitch us a time frame and flat rate cost for completion. We will then chose the developer with the best pitch. If a client has a specific wish for functionality on their website you can pitch us the plugin and/or method you wish to employ in order to achieve the desired result. Extensive experience in the field of web-development is required and we will not take any offers into consideration that does not provide a portfolio of past work. We set high standards for the design and performance of websites and do not count any project as complete before certain performance criteria is met, as such the performance of websites in your portfolio will be taken into consideration. We have a good understanding of the work required to complete this kind of project and it is up to you to meet the margin you pitched to us. If you complete your work quicker you still get paid the full salary. On average your salary will be ~12 USD/h. The majority of work will include texts and menu-items in German so we will be providing those and you just need to embed and arrange them. It is important that you work diligently since a delay in the project does not lead to new funds becoming available. We require you to be fluent in English and capable of participating in meetings online via VoiP. We are working in the CET timezone so availability during (at least beginning or end of) the office hours is necessary.
