Web Development and E commerce

The below details that were mentioned on the call seem to capture the majority of the works that we are looking to carry out. 1. Web-Development A key focus of our business in the coming two months, is re-design and boosting of online presence. We are targeting this through the following areas: a. New Design and Layout b. Integration of all products - approx. 20 products c. E-Commerce functionality – pricing, quotation, user logins etc. d. We also need the website to be linked to our current accounting software (Sage 50 Professional) as the accounting system currently contains prices of each product and in-stock values e. We need to the website to be set correctly that Search Engine Optimisation is functional and easy to promote for campaigns 2. Catalogue and Product Presentation a. Each Product / Product Family to have its own PDF (format / design and layout should be consistent throughout all other products PDF b. Contain: Visual Representation, Technical Details, Certification Documents, Components and Standard List Pricing (Regular customers will need to login to access the discounts) Klevis, who is our company architect will correspond with you in terms of designs / layouts of both website and catalogues. There may be requests for additional works to be completed – can you please revert back to us in regards to pricing for variations or outside of scope works. All transactions will be handled via [login to view URL] with pre-agreed milestones to be completed upon which stage payments will begin once each milestone has been completed. Note: you should allow for revisions in designs and layout of minimum 2 and maximum 3 revisions. (e.g. if we do not like aesthetic / function etc.) I trust the above is in order to prepare and in-depth proposal.
