I am in the process of helping my brother (who is a cosmetic dentist) with updating his website design and improving his overall marketing strategy. Over the past two months, I have been working with a highly talented web designer in Kiev. She has created a beautiful design and I am very impressed with the work she has accomplished. For this job, I am looking for an experienced, reliable, friendly, and communicative frontend developer who has strong HTML5, CSS3, JS and PHP skills, and can take a fully designed website (Photoshop) and turn it into a pixel perfect website on WordPress. We will likely want to start the project within 1-2 weeks. The main area of the site (homepage, about us, faq, etc.) will feature about 25 pages. The header and footer areas will be the same on all pages. However, the content areas on many of these pages will vary. In addition to the main area of the site, there will be a blog area that will feature several articles. The overall template (header, footer and content areas) will be the same on all blog article pages. The design will be fully responsive, having one version for desktop, one for tablets, and one for mobile. It is essential that the new site score in the 90s on sites like GTMetrix, Google Page Insights, Webpagetest and Pingdom. We would like for the site loading time to be less than 2 seconds. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge is a must.
