Web Based Game and Interactive Website

We need to find a highly experienced person to put our game within a Web Based application that is touch screen based. A password has to be used to log into the entire application before customers can use this. This is a marketing TOUCH SCREEN SYSTEM that will teach people how to play the game of skill using and then give them a score and instructions where to take their score and redeem for a prize. All the images and pages as well as game must have the ability to be replaced remotely so that the game, images, etc. can be changed easily by means of a ART FOLDER situation where people can simply upload the new images and link to a new game so this system has the flexibility of making constant changes via web. The game can be played with touch screen and / or USB joystick connection to the TOUCH SCREEN monitor that has a computer built into it. Please be aware that the GAME has already been designed and we have the code for it in unity so it will not be a need for game development Please watch the attached video carefully so you understand the basis of this assignment.
