Web Application ( Convert the Excel Sheet Files to DB Files)

Requirement: The major objective of the software is to collect the email Id and categorizing it. We need to upload the data from excel sheets to the new system And we need an option to download the data depending upon its industry or Subcategory. We need to convert our excel sheet data to DB files with search form. For example: Now we have more than 9000 email Ids in Construction Industry. We are planning to categorize it with respect to subcategory like General Buildings, Civil Engineering, Minor constructions, Interior Designing, Landscaping etc. So we need to bring all this under this new system.
