Web Application & Android App for Huifan Devices

Before you bid, make sure you have a similar demo for us to try. We will not accept anyone without a demo first. When a contract is awarded, make sure you deliver in time. We need the right person. 1. The project is split into two sections: A. The main website based Admin area A1. The admin section should have an area where we will register students and generate an ID Numbers for each student according to the school he/she belongs to. B. Android door entry device 2. The Android door entry device is for log in/out only, it does not control the door: FP07: [login to view URL] FP08: [login to view URL] 3. When a student enters the building they scan themselves in. 4. Upon a scan in, a text message is sent to their primary carer to notify them the child has arrived. 5. If they child has not scanned in by a specified time (set in the admin area I assume), an alert will be sent to the parent informing them that the child has not attended school. 6. If they scan in after the required time the system will mark the lateness, but it will also text the parent to let them know the child has arrived 7. Staff also log in and out 8. The system will be setup as SaaS (software as a service), so essentially it will cover multiple schools (both single school and a chain of schools) 9. All data is isolated, each school or chain will only see their own data 10. Typical user hierarchy: A. Admin, see's all school, all chains, all users, etc B. School owner, see's all staff and students in any of their schools C. Headmaster, see's all staff and students in their schools D. Teacher, see's all students in their class E. Parent, see's their child/children F. Child, minimal data 11. Admin area to manage timetables, students and staff members, schools, locations, user accounts, etc 12. The main interface will be the backend web area, the Android device will run a lightweight app, you will set it to the location (which site), it will essentially just be a scanner, all the data and processing will be done on the central web server. 13. Plus some future enhancements to the software to improve and add features recommended from the users ( the school, hospital or the companies) More will be discuss.
