I want to make a website which is based on Cloud-Based Records of Student Profiles using AngularJS and PHP as backend language.

I have to build a website, in which user can submit a form which includes details such as their name, email address, student id, etc and they have to attach multiple pdf files as well. when they submit this data, it should be stored in a temporary json file and there should be a preview page which displays all the data for user to confirm, when they confirm, then it should actually store it in the final json file. In the status section, when user enters their studentid and email address, they should receive their details in Email. The admin should be able to view all the users details, and can approve/reject their application, send them email or notify. Add additional comments, so user can view it in their email. I have made the form and the details are stored in the server, now need someone to do the rest of the stuff. Note: I'm not using any database here, all the process is done one a json text file, because this is a cloud based record. And I'm using AngularJS version:1.6.6.
