Hi. I have recently started my counselling business. Currently it is all face to face however as everything is now online I am hoping to launch my online service to my current clients and to expand my client base.
I have a basic website which I know needs a lot more work [login to view URL] I am looking to offer a service where people can purchase credits which gives them access to the basic software that I would like created. This software would enable them to message me with what they want to discuss and get off their chest and as their counsellor, I respond within a certain time period (say for example 48 hrs).
I don't want this as a chat set up as I will still be conducting one to one sessions and will not always be sat at the end of a computer.
on my current site I would like to add a header "ONLINE THERAPY" where they have to
1) Complete a full registration form gathering all their details
2) Make payment for how many credits they would like (One credit being one message)
3) This then gives them access to the messaging software so they can take advantage of the online counselling service.
