upgrade Ubuntu, openssl and ssl protocals on server

In order to meet new paypal requirements, I need to make some upgrades to my linode server. I will need a programmer with ample experience to upgrade ubuntu to the newest stable version, make a small change to the apache configuration code, and then provide support to ensure the rest of my system is still in working order after the changes are made. You must have experience with Linode, Ubuntu and SSL certs to be considered for this task.
