updates to our site, need merchant account to work, posting project feature to work etc

Our site is [login to view URL] , we need updates done to it. I think the sit eis in PHP What works on the site. -The blog works fine -if users try to post a repair project and they have all ready signed up they have to log in again to post a project , there is no my projects so the customer cant look at previous estimates. -customers can look at their project details when they click the link to the project when they post it , but they cant see images or edit the project details , please fix this so customers can see the images when they attach them in order form. -Customers are getting texts when projects posts and admin is and both are getting emails. -Sometimes when a users that have posted a previous project use the same email the order form asks to log in first then post a project, this doesn’t work 100% of the time , kinda crazy I would try to fix this. What needs to be done. -Admin needs to able to edit the users account info still and delete projects. -Admin needs to be able to search projects by state or Project ID some how. -Customers need to be able to see all the projects they have posted once they log in like a dash board. I have an image for this. -Fix the link that gets texts to admin and customers to show the project details when they click it even if users are not logged in. -Stripe merchant doesn’t work, we do have the ssl certifigate for this domain name it just needs to be set up in the server side. -When uploading images while posting a project customers need to be able to see the image that they upload on the order page so they no they uploaded it. Also for the beat estimate attachment please make it so any image can be uploaded not just pdfs. -The home page and inner pages need seo done on them like page titles and meta descriptions need to be updated. -There’s spelling errors all over the place on the site while signing and error messages. Payout is $500US max once site is updated we can release funds. We can do full escrow if needed.
