Update my SalesForce App and help with listing in App Exchange

A SF app was created by a an expert SF developer in 2016 and submitted for App Exchange listing, and then the project was put on hold. That developer is unavailable to continue the work now, unfortunately.
I am looking for a new SalesForce developer with great App Exchange knowledge and developer skills.
My project will require logo update, change of some labels, change in internal API structure, test for all latest SalesForce procedures, and new listing in App Exchange. Front end UI screenshot is attached.
I need Stage 1 (this milestone) where you will help me to analyze and consult how much time is needed to perform all nessesary updates in Stage 2 (a separate milestone).
