I can configure both WordPress applications and Servers for high performance. I do all my work on my own development servers so you experience no down time or technical issues. If you are not satisfied with my results, than you don’t have to pay. I would like to see your website before starting, I'd also like to have a quick chat. Pingdom tests websites on what is called "First Paint". So if your Pingdom speed is that slow than we seriously have a problem. When Pingdom says your site loads in 9 seconds that can indicate that the fully loaded time is somewhere around 12 seconds or higher. I have some concerns about your hosting, i would like to test your site myself and see the TTFB as well as a few other metrics so i can get a better idea of what is going on. It sounds like you have a weak server. But it could also be some plugin conflicts or something else. I can get your site to load in a second one way or another. But this will be an involved process i wanna work from top to bottom.
