Small number of Wordpress Website modifications

Hi there, I need the following small modifications made to my Wordpress website ([login to view URL]):
- Make the Search bar (in the menu) the same size as the font in the header.
- Narrow the header width (on either side of the text) by about half the space it is now
- Remove the section/ font overlay over the picture (e.g. 'Dark Horse Digital Pty Ltd' and '...', including the black background section)
- Ensure the three spaces in the centre are the same size and with as each other (e.g. 'About' and 'BamBoozal' should be the same height as the 'Our Philosophy' section).
- Make the header space the same width as the footer space.
- Remove Blog post date.
- Separate Category Archives over two pages (or more)
- Remove Page headings
Apologies - I need the Contact Form in the footer to be made smaller also so that it is the same height as everything else in the footer. We can discuss the 'tweaks' once the project starts (e.g. field sizes, whether CAPTCHA is needed etc.).
