Small custom wordpress plugin for member site showing

Hello Freelancer, Scenario: Our company offers a live chat concierge service. If our customer wants to go to a restaurant, they will contact our team through live chat to request the booking. Then, our team will call the restaurant to confirm the reservation. We would like to have a plugin that allows our team to manually save the restaurant booking details in the customer's member's page. Scope: We need your help to create one backend CRUD page and one frontend view. This frontend view is a the logged-in will see. This view will show the user see their confirmed restaurant bookings. In the backend, I need the ability to add confirmed bookings to a customer. I need to input the booking details, and add a photo. 1. Create Bookings page in WP backend. This is a CRUD page where the admin can choose a user (wordpress user) and add the restaurant booking details with the following fields: -booking title (textfield) -Booking details (textarea) -Image of restaurant (image upload) -Save button 2. Create Bookings View on the frontend for the cusomter, we need a Bookings page that lets the user view the list of bookings. Here is the mockup: [login to view URL] -Each booking should be a Div with an image of the restaurant as the background, some text, and a gradient overlay to give the white text some contrast. -It has to be responsive for mobile.
