Hi there! I would like a very simple tool build where I can track client work. Preferably built with Bootstrap, PHP etc, or something established. Can also do Material as front end if you know it well ; ) See image. The tool needs to: Be able to - Add businesses to a database, one business can have many users (Bob, Mary etc) - Send jobs using custom names (prompt the user to add their name) - Add jobs to clients in the database with date and time stamp - Retrieve old jobs from the database - Prompt the user with "Are you sure you want to send this to [Client Name] - Be able to send a job to many clients that are under the same organization - Main KPI dashboard with all jobs sent per client and per sender - Must have user auth - Must send with SendGrid (or similar) Max budget 600 USD installed on a server and fully bug and functionality checked ; )

Hi there, So what you need is a web application in which: - admin can create organisations. - admin can add clients per organisation. - admin can add job to one or more clients inside an organisation. and - job can be sent to the client(s)through send grid, or something similar. - admin can see number and list of jobs assigned to each client / organisation.
