Simple Android App

Function 1

When the app opens I should see different folders. When I click on Folder 1, I should see the documents, loaded from the backend, in that file. When I click on Folder 2, I see those doucments, etc

Function 2

From backend, when I send a message, It should be pushed to everyone who has the app. It is one way communication. Client should get notification of the message (Like what's app)

Function 3 - Jobs

Admin enters from the back a details of a job. Once it is saved, a listing of the jobs show up in the app with notification.
