Short term property rental website with wp

I will start my project by letting you know that: Amateurs, new users, freelancers with strange feedback, or automated bids, people who bid without reading the projects description will be automatically rejected. People who find it hard to communicate in English, or have to use a translator will be also rejected. I need someone who is able to work with Wordpress templates. Modify and upgrade them based on my requirements. The website has to be mobile friendly on the top level. We need to build two versions of a website based on two templates. The website will be for a company that offers holiday short term rental properties. We will not have a user + password system for guests (users). Only a contact form and a calendar on every property. We can provide examples for the exact calendar we need to have integrated in every property page. The calendar has to updated from the admin page. Basically, we need websites similar to the following examples: The structure has to be simple: - a search function based on location only. Similar websites require for search a check in / checkout date, number of guests and similar information. We do not need that. The search box, which is usually situated on the center of the index/home page should only say “Where do you wish to travel”. The user can input the location, for example: “Ibiza”, and the query will show the properties located in Ibiza. - categories organized on a few criteria (location, number or rooms, maximum number of guests) - organize listings in the search results based on price criteria ( From high to low, from low to high ). Every property will have its own page, with a photo gallery (we need a modern photo gallery), a section where we will add the main elements of the property (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, location, maximum number of guests allowed and price per night). The rest of the description will be given to the winner or the person we chose to work with. Please keep in mind that the project is not at all complicated. Simple but has to be done with style.
