Shopify Developer needed for existing webshop

Hi all you Shopify gurus out there! ;-) I am looking for a Shopify developer to work on my e-commerce shop. About the job: This is an ongoing part-time contract. The job is to implement the changes we need. It could be anything from visuals to functions/apps or analytics setup (Conversion code, Google shopping feed, etc). Current tasks includes copying an existing Shopify store and implement new changes on the new site. I will define the tasks, but we'll count on your input on how to get there. Suggestions on how to improve our website are also welcome. It's critically important that you can write and speak reasonably correct English. We're using Trello for task management. In terms of working hours, we're very flexible. If you have another job, you can work on our website in between. The expected amount of hours are between 2-15 hours/week depending on the workload. How and when you work is entirely up to you, as long as you keep us updated. Who are you: • You are a person who can think on your own and propose solutions that are effective, and not just copy and paste code. • Your code is clean and formatted, expandable, reusable, maintainable, and well documented. • You make sure your code doesn't repeat itself and you search for future-proof solutions.(where possible) instead of just taking shortcuts/the easiest routes or simply duplicating. • You will start your cover letter by answering: how much is twenty-five plus three – this is so we can remove the generic applications. • You have a strong sense of responsibility. Required skills: • Ruby • HTML, CSS and Javascript • Fluent written and spoken English, ability to communicate effectively. • If you have experience with web-design that'd be a big plus, but not a necessity. Who am I?: I am Claus, 31 years old and I come from Denmark. I have been working with developers for 8+ years now and have experience in communicating back and forth and structuring work-flows. My former freelancers would say I am very flexible and open-minded to ideas. If you have a preferred way of working or accomplishing a task, I am very likely to go with it as long as it works.
