Setup an backend infrastructure that captures and processes data for display on an open-source front-end

We are a reverse logistics startup based in New Delhi, India and we are looking to build a data capturing and processing infrastructure to service our clients. The prelimininary source of data would be vendor APIs, web forms and excel uploads, and the tool would read the uploaded data, manipulate it into a template format, and push it into the front-end for display. The front-end we use at the moment is Metabase, which operates on an abstraction layer built on AWS. Data that needs to be handled - inventory data (in excel format) - transportation data (Google maps locations and vendor APIs) - reporting data (in excel/web forms)
