Hey there, As the title suggests, I'm looking for a developer who'll build me a Skype Mass Messenger. The functionality I need for this program is: 1. For it to work with most LATEST versions of Skype. 2. To be able to enter a message into this program which will be sent out to ALL my contacts on Skype. 3. I want to add FILTERING, therefore meaning if I want to blacklist certain contacts and NOT message them, I can do this.
