repair my quickbooks

There is some obvious corruption within my QBW file that I need to have fixed. It appears to be in the inventory subledger because this error surfaced while trying to void a prior inventory adjustment. Also this is the 2nd time I have had corruption which makes the file basically unusable so I don't know if this is a new issue or just the old resurfacing. The prior time it was within the customer subledger and I was able to fix it by tricking the system by merging problematic customers with newly created customers because when you do that the file gets rid of the errors. I have attached ny [login to view URL] to this listing so you can see what happened. Basically when you go to 12:33:05 on the log you can see it was "busy". What was happening on my side was I was voiding a inventory adjustment and almost immediately my task manager indicated my file was "not responding". Eventually I had to end task to get out which is why at the very end of the log you see oaerror.c (109).
