We have a Company registered in Bahrain that is involved in real estate investment, brokerage, construction and development. Currently, we are looking to expand the business electronically but in indirect manner.
The market is booming and a lot of opportunities are around, as a result we would like to establish a website that can enable everyone to post properties that are available for sale, rent, management with their pictures and sufficient details. We need the website to show the location on the map and listing.
The target market of the website is the GCC market, hence, we need it to cover 6 countries (i.e. Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman). We expect the users to select the country and city of search. In addition, the service they are looking for e.g. rental, purchase of land, apartment, villa … building and etc.

The allocated budget to this project is less than $500 as the top management does not believe it will be consistent with the risk management objectives. But if the project is successful, we could offer huge benefits to the website developer, hence, we are looking for long-term partnership and he/she should expect in-person visit once the project is over.
Please include relevant sample of your work and highlight your ability to build website similar to padmapper.
Kindly note that our policy is not release the payment unless the project is 100% completed.
Any proposal with amount greater than the budget (i.e. $500) will not be accepted, and the preference will be given to the bidder with the least cost, high quality proposal and acceptable rating.
