React-Wrap CSS SignUp SignIn Member Management Google Docs

I have a React-Wrap css site, and I need to add SignUp SignIn Member Management. The site is a High School Class Reunion event, where classmates SignUp/SignIn to make reservations.
I want to add the (SignUp SignIn) link on my main page. Which would trigger a modal screen (SignUp SignIn ForgotPassword). The member data needs to be saved in my Google Docs (rather than SQL). The site itself already works with my Google Sheets. So I have that experience of Google Accounts, Sheets, and Docs.
Consideration given to Freelancers whom I have hired in the past.
This is not a big job in 2018, in itself. You should already have done this, so this would be the basics of your previous work repeated. I will want to see a working example. However, this could lead to cloning and customizing for new clients licensing my packaged site for their own development use. (Their own Class Reunion planning site with Sheets and Docs.)
I speak only English, but I am in Prague at the moment. (Central European Time Zone). I work 9am to 11pm.
