Quick Wordpress Modifications

We currently have a test site with Turnkey hosting ([login to view URL]) and we need help with a few things before we go live. We are using this Equity theme ([login to view URL]). We have an area on the new turnkey site called “Our Listings”. When we add a new listing, we enter it manually as a post. We need a way to manually sort these posts. For example, we want post 2709 to display as #4 on the page and post 2510 to display as #1 on the page. Really just a way to manually sort these posts! On each of these posts/pages (I call them listings) we have three tabs. One of those is “Description” then “Details” where we manually enter text then Video/Virtual Tour where we enter the tour URL into admin to display on the post. For some reason, I can not get the link to display the video. It just shows the url but it isn’t a clickable link or anything. I need a fix for this! On this same post page, we need to two more tabs. 1. A tab called “Brochure”. On the admin [login to view URL] page we need an area to upload a PDF that would open in the new tab on the front end. 2. We need another tab called “Floorplan”. Again this would be an area to enter a url on the [login to view URL] page in admin. It would open to a new URL on the front end. Next, we have a page called About Us. It is a list of Employees. We need to be able to sort employees manually on the page as well as the widget. That’s it! Of course, we need this project completed quickly! Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
