Queue list for Active Order organized by deadline WooCommerce

I need my orders page to have a filter/queue that shows only active orders. Orders are updated within a range of statuses from stage 1: processing to stage 7: shipped. I need to see all orders that need to be handled within a range of stage 2 - 6 shown in a an active orders queue. They need to have a clear deadline and be organized by deadline, so orders that need to go out first are shown on top.
Our products have multiple ship dates depending on the rush service our customer chooses. Our standard build service is 10 business days, rush service is 5 business days, expedited service is 3 business days, and super rush is 2 business days. This needs to be reflected in this queue.
We are running on Woocommerce so you must be experienced with woocommerce.
