python app rebuilt from php codebase currently in service -- 3

I've completed python conversion in some functionality as attached but don't have time to complete in full functionality. Some of the php codes are also attached here. tasks; 1. build dashboard for monitoring/visualization, reporting based on thresholds from sql db and php codes available with the same functionality. 2. integration of task 1 to the existing django project Open-end project with max budget of usd50 there are three parts of monitoring, reports and admin panel with about 70 moving parts. on the monitoring menu , the left column is the location names and it syncs with the map in the center, and the right column indicates chosen group of sensors for a location.
