is just that. I will provide the structure for the xml file , and then you will build a form with 4 fields hosted in my site you should work directly in my website, I will provide ftp user for a specific folder and you will create the form in the index file , the host is linux-based. with a button that should create and save in the cloud the xml file using for file name the content typed in the fields form. no validation required for this. with other button you will open SOAP to a webservice in test mode to send the xml file and save the xml file the webservice send in response. xml download should be saved in the way that the sent xml file was named. I will provide URL for the webservice as well.
