Produce Spec / Requirements Docs for Enterprise Game App

Need someone to help with the analysis of and creation of software design documents and hardware (or third party source requirement) specs for integrated game and relational database application. 2D Game will be available on most popular formats: iOS, Android, Web browsers including Safari, Firefox, IE, Google Chrome, etc. and via executable app for site based kiosk PC or Tablet application. NativeApp usage, HTML 5 and Hybrid use may be required. NoSQL and Membase (preferred). Others as required. Help identify possible needs, third party suppliers of required services, modules and program design and implementation elements as needed to accomplish superior product & results. Possible equity consideration for ongoing development, management and upgrades. Relational Databases (tables) will collect and house: 1. input feeds from third party source providers, & output available data to Users on their respective interface 2. input of User information from varied input sources (device or screen keyboard, QR code, driver's license swipe, magnetic card swipe, payment information via chip reader and so on 3. integrate with processing and third party sources such as shopping cart, allow selection and storage for later calculation (scoring) of game results. 4. Calculate results and store for reporting to Corporate, Clients and Users for respective uses 5. Secure access controlled by Corporate to enable/disable access, use of data based on need and Client/User 6. Selections by Corporate of input from third party feed that determine output to Users for selection criteria 7. Inputs from Corporate such as custom artwork & logos for GUI display as game play and user interface dictates 8. Inputs from Corporate such as pricing for games, package deals, discounts, etc. to clients as well as scoring information for later use in calculating outcomes 9. Inputs from Corporate and/or clients relating to magnetic card reading schema for tracking and populating user play and results by site and user outcome reporting 10. Financial data - collect and report as needed (and authorized) all fees collected (calculate total revenue) from Users, Clients 11. Tools or extra credits earned by User, by Client Calculations 1. Financial reporting on revenues collected by players and clients 2. Game scoring and results 3. Others as appropriate for maximized game operation and executive management use Security: High levels of data integrity in both communication / transmission of data/ information to and from Users, Clients and Corporate as well as storage and site network security Communications: High speed network capability requiring access (input/output) to/from devices to collect data from site specific installations and mobile apps via secure WiFi, Mobile secure hotspot (aircard), VPN or other secure communications network (versatile to all known secure forms of communication Data Storage: Cloud ([login to view URL]) and/or Hardware storage options resulting in highest security/highest reliability/lowest cost solution Other needs as required / recommended Include bid for full hardware needed, software development, integration, test, management, etc. if qualified.
