Post Affiliate Pro script modifications

I need a modification to Post Affiliate Pro from www.qualityunit.com.

I need the ability to enter a campaign budget and an end date upon new campaign creation... When the campaign budget or the end date (whatever comes first) is reached - the campaign should automatically be closed down, and all affiliates should receive an email message "The campaign XXX is now closed"...
