We need a simple PHP script/webpage that accepts an uploaded csv file, cleans it by comparing it to an existing file, and then offers 2 results files for download.

The cleaning process should replicate the following shell commands:

grep -Ff [login to view URL] [login to view URL] > [login to view URL]

(in words: put all lines in [login to view URL] that contain any entry from [login to view URL] into the first output file)

grep -v -Ff [login to view URL] [login to view URL] > [login to view URL]

(in words: put all lines in [login to view URL] that DO NOT contain any entry from [login to view URL] into the second output file)

The file uploaded by the user is listtobecleaned.csv. The file [login to view URL] exists on the server and contains a list with one entry per line.

Please write a few comments to indicate you understand the project requirements and can solve them quickly.
