Php, JS, jQuery, css3 programming for an existing website

We develop a web platform which is an educational website that manages schools’ classes and organizes specific type of surveys for students. The platform is already developed and is functional, but it needs modifications. We need an experienced programmer who is very familiar with JS/jquery and PHP. The tasks are about writing custom code on our existing code. Clear coding, no use of plugins. The project is developed in Wordpress, but all the custom code is done in separate template files from scratch. No plugins are used, and they shouldn't be used in further development.
