PHP Application That Connects to Microsoft SQL Server - Issue to Resolve

I need some help with a PHP Application.

This PHP Application connects to a Microsoft SQL server via ODBC.

The app runs on Windows on XAMP.

The app was working great until the PC hosting it crashed.

We then purchased a new PC and restored a backup.

We got XAMP running and working fine.

The app loads just fine in any browser.

Usage of the app:

Step 1 - Works fine

Step 2 - This is where the error comes in. During this step the PHP app connects to a Microsoft SQL server via ODBC. However this connection is not working. We suspect that the ODBC connector or the PDBC connector name is the issue. We are unable to resolve this issue.

The error reported is:

Warning: odbc_connect(): SQL error: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified, SQL state IM002 in SQLConnect in C:\xampp\htdocs\ImportExportApp\libraries\[login to view URL] on line 12

Fatal error: IM002 in C:\xampp\htdocs\ImportExportApp\libraries\[login to view URL] on line 14

I will need somsone to connect to this computer via Teamvioewer and resolve this for me ASAP.

I will explain how the app works and provide as much detail as possible
