perevent pointing or proxy or mirroring my site

First i sorry for my bad English.

Last week i see my page visitor reduce, i check google and find 4 sites that's show my site content.

When i install some script i can login into it from another domain that's mirroring my site,i can delete my post in this domain.

After a lot of time i find IP of 3 site and block it. but one of theme hide they IP and i cannot find that's IP.

After some day 3 site every day change their IP and I most every day block that IP but i cant find one of this site's ip.

I don't know how this site mirroring my site or proxies or hijack or ... and i cannot stop it.

I want anyone stop all site to mirroring my site forever.
