We want a page which contain a list of users with its paypal account and money amount to be paid. Example: John ... john@[login to view URL] $100 Peter... peter@[login to view URL] $150 We also need a source account which contain the money (funds) to use to pay to the listed users. We DO NOT want to pay one by one. We want that when we click the button all payments get done to all of them. We want this be done with paypal. And we need a test environment (sand box) and real affecting. We could change to other type of ptovider IF and only IF the other provider have a lower % cost, support test mode (sand box), support automatic periodic charge, open to any country origins ... That is why we prefer paypal. SEND YOUR OFER ONLY IF YOU CAN DO IT. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST TIME.
